ORDERING INFORMATION

METHODS - We prefer people to order online (www.madbomber.com/store), or if for some reason you experience difficulties with that you can email (sales) or phone us on 1.800.662.8845 (Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm EST).

SALES TAX - The Mad Bomber Company is required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in the state of Virginia (VA) where we are located.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - International orders may be placed via our webstore. International mail is very slow. Despite Mad Bomber actually subsidising the amount you pay for international shipping it still takes 1-2 months for some destinations. We regret this is the case if you know of a solution let us know!!!

MAD BOMBER DELIVERY OPTIONS - We offer USPS and UPS Ground, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select.

RETURN INFORMATION

RETURNS - To return an item, please refer to the back of your packing slip or the policy below.

RETURN POLICY - This policy applies only to items purchased on MadBomber.com or by phone, and only within 30 days of receipt of shipment (including gifts).

Exchanges

Mad Bomber will exchange purchased items or issue a credit, but we are not responsible for shipping and handling costs incurred, unless the return is product-defect related. Mad Bomber is not responsible for items returned to us that are lost in the mail.

Mad Bomber will exchange items for different sizes and/or color pending availability. All shipping and handling costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds and Replacements

Mad Bomber will replace a returned item with another item of your choice of same value or refund your credit card purchase. We require your credit card number for any of the following:

• Shipping Charges incurred in sending you a replacement hat.
• To credit your original credit card transaction and charge you just for the original freight.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Please include the original paperwork and any printouts of email correspondence / confirmation with the items you are returning. Wrap the package securely and use a shipping method (such as Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, etc.) whereby a signature is required upon receipt.
